This variety was discovered in El Salvador in the 1950’s, Pacas coffee beans are a natural mutation from the Bourbon variety and are rich and bold with some hints of cacao. These beans will brew a great cup of coffee with a very well balanced acidity and sometimes will bring up hints of fruity flavors.
Pacas coffee brings up sweet, creamy and floral flavors, best roast level to enjoy all the flavors should be light medium roast.
Pacas was named after the owner of the farm with a new type of coffee – Don Francisco Pacas
