Return Policy: Coffee
We are happy and willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at sales@cafeolec.com within ten (10) days of receiving your order. We will gladly issue a refund on the price you pay for the coffee plus taxes if applicable; we apologize but we do not refund shipping charges.
Coffee sold on Amazon is excluded of the 100% money back guarantee but please contact us and we will try to make it right for you.
Please email your order number, name, reason for a return, and the item and quantity you wish to return to sales@cafeolec.com. We will contact you with information on how your return will be processed.
Return Policy: Merchandise (non-coffee items)
We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. All Returns or Exchanges on merchandise (non-coffee) items must be done within 14 days of the purchase date. Please email your order number, name, reason for a Return/Exchange, and the item and quantity you wish to Return/Exchange to sales@cafeolec.com. We will contact you with information on how your return will be processed. we apologize but we do not refund shipping charges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (non coffee items), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@cafeolec.com
Gift cards
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you or was purchased with a gift card, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This does not apply if item received was damaged in transit Cafe OLEC will cover the return shipping for you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
